  Awesome group! I've had very few issues with this agent. Had terrible experiences with other insurance companies! I left Geico for State Farm even though my insurance was $6 higher with switching. It is well worth it! There were a few times I've called and couldn't get through, but they've always called me back after leaving a voicemail & I found out that I can respond to their emails and I've had no issues since. Even when my rate went up the first time! I emailed them and they explained insurance to me, not that I was a newbie, but I appreciated the time they took to explain how rates change and inflation and statistics cause fluctuations. I honestly had no idea that's how everything worked. I just assumed my insurance payment went off of my driving record and I never had any accidents or anything so getting that increase was a surprise. Even more of a surprise was when my rate dropped $20 bucks 6 months after that. Very helpful people. I'd highly recommend them! Even talked me into purchasing life insurance and I'm thinking about refinancing my car with them, when the time comes. Couldn't be more thankful for this group.

  I have been back and forth with this office the last three weeks trying to get answers in regards to my policy. I call the office and it goes to an automated message. I have called the 24 hour customer service and that is a waste because they do not have access to the information the agent has access too. I have never experienced such poor customer service from an insurance company ever in my entire life! I am so done with these people. Dealing with State Farm and this office has been a complete nightmare. I wish I never left Met Life!
